Mukta Arts buys 51 pc in Chennai-based Coruscant Tec
New Delhi, Sep 19 (UNI) Film-maker Mukta Arts Ltd today said it has bought 51 per cent stake in Coruscant Tec, a Chennai-based company operating in the mobile value-added services space.
The company also has the option of acquiring the balance stake in the company which aggregates and distributes content, it said in a statement.
