MedPlus' quiz competition for AP pharmacy students

Hyderabad, Sep 19 (UNI) MedPlus Health Services, Andhra Pradesh's largest pharma-retail chain, will organise MedPlus KnowledgeQuest 2008, a state-wide quiz and debate competition for pharmacy students.

Involving over 2,000 students from 48 pharmacology colleges across eight districts in Andhra Pradesh, the competition is an initiative by MedPlus to groom the next generation of pharmacists to improve the quality of healthcare in India, a press release here today said.

The contest will be conducted from September 2008 through November 2008.

The jury would comprise experts from all segments of the healthcare industry such as regulatory bodies, healthcare majors and academicians.
