Heather Mills sues for being called a 'bitch'

New York, Sept 19 : Heather Mills has sued a top PR boss Michele Elyzabeth, who was at the ex models side for four years right through her bitter divorce battle with rock legend Paul McCartney.

Elyzabeth told News of the World" "Heather is a calculating, pathological liar and the biggest bitch on the planet."

Now, the 40-year-old has filed a lawsuit in London 'seeking damages for libel' from Elyzabeth.

"There has been so much rubbish written about Heather recently that she hopes getting lawyers involved will end it," the New York Post quoted a source, as saying.

A representative for Mills confirmed the suit but had 'no comment.'
