Thousands to join MNS on Sep 27: Gite

Nashik, Sep 17: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) state general secretary Vasant Gite today said workers of other political parties would join the party on September 27.

''Thousands of people from various political parties such as the Congress, NCP and BJP will join the MNS on September 27 in the presence of MNS chief Raj Thackeray. Many people, not only youths, admire the party chief and his leadership. Everyday many activists join us,'' Mr Gite said in an interaction with journalists here.

The party has started a 'Sampark Abhiyan' in rural parts of the district since September 21. The drive will continue till October eight, he said.

The city unit of MNS has organised a career guidance camp from September 24-27, when Mr Thackeray, during this visit, will provide guidance on opportunities to Marathi youths.
