Dr Reddy's launches US speciality business

New Delhi, Sept 18 (UNI) Pharmaceutical major Dr Reddy's Laboratories today launched its US speciality business with the commencement of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary.

Promius Pharma, which will initially focus on the branded dermatology market, is based on a platform of strategic licensing initiatives and internal product development activities, a company statement said.

Promius' product portfolio currently comprises three in-licensed and co-developed dermatological products that are scheduled to be launched within the calender year 2008-09, it added.
