Robberies of over Rs 15 lakh in UP
Lucknow, Sep 17 (UNI) In separate daylight robberies, miscreants decamped with more than Rs 15 lakh across Uttar Pradesh today.
As per the information received from the state police headquarters, armed men escaped with Rs 12 lakh after stealing the amount from a trader in Puramufti area of Kaushambi district.
In another incident, a man was deprived of Rs two lakh, when he was on way to deposit the money in a bank in Rakabganj area of Agra.
Besides this, robbers snatched Rs 1.20 lakh from a trader in Mehnagar area of Azamgarh district.
