Krishna-radham reaches AP amidst fanfare

Tirupati, Sep 17(UNI) As part of 'Chaturyuga Bandham Bhakthi Chaitanya Yatra', Sri Krishna-Radham, starting from Movva temple in Krishna district, reached here today.

Speaking on the arrival of the chariot, TTD Chairman D K Audikesavulu said a large number of people from different parts of the state were thrilled at having a dharshan of Lord Venkateswara in Sri Rama, Sri Narasimha and Krishna-Radham vahanams (vihicles).

TTD Executive Officer K V Ramanachary said people from all corners of the state thronged to witness the God in these three chariots.

The Krishna-Radham , which left Tirupati in December last year, covered nearly 1,324 villages, 60 towns and districts including Krishna, Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar, Kurnool, Ananthapur and Chittoor in the state, he added.

TUDA Chairman and TTD board member Chavireddy Bhaskar Reddy, DPP Secretary Vijay Raghavacharyulu and others graced the ocassion.
