Water level at Mettur 93.800 ft

Tiruchirapalli, Sep 16 (UNI) The water level in the Stanley Reservoir at Mettur across River Cauvery stood at 93.800 feet this morning.

The inflow into the reservoir was 11,028 cusecs and the discharge was 15,009 cusecs, PWD sources said.

From the Grand Anaicut, 561 cusecs of water was released through Cauvery, 7,511 cusecs through Vennar, 3,004 cusecs through Grand Anaicut Canal and 1,126 cusecs through Coleroon for irrigation.
