AP to release Krishna water to Chennai
Hyderabad, Sep 16 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Major Irrigation Minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah today said the state government would release Krishna water to Chennai to meet the drinking water needs of the city.
He said water would be released from Kandaleru reservoir to Poondi reservoir near Chennai tomorrow.
