AICC appoints Iqbal Singh as new in charge of Bihar

New Delhi, Sept 16 (UNI) The All India Congress Committee (AICC) today appointed former MP Iqbal Singh as in charge of the Congress affairs in Bihar.

Mr Singh will replace Kishore Chandra Deo, who will be in charge of programme coordination committee of the AICC, general secretary Janardhan Dwivedi said here today.

Mr Singh will also be a special invitee in the Congress Working Committee.
