Heavy rains likely to occur at isolated places in Thane, Raigad

Pune, Sep 15 (UNI) Heavy to very heavy rains are likely to occur at isolated places in Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg and Ghat areas during the next 48 hours.

Heavy rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places in the districts of Greater Mumbai and Goa during the same period.

Moderate to rather heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in Konkan, Goa, north Madhya Maharashtra and Ghat areas.

Moderate rains are likely to occur at a few places in all the districts of south Madhya Maharashtra and light to moderate rainfall is likely at a few places in all the districts of Marathwada, according to weather forecast for Maharashtra, excluding Vidarbha and Goa.
