AP CM flags off assistance for flood-hit people of Assam

Hyderabad, Sep 15 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today flagged off two trucks of bedsheets, manufactured by APCO for the flood-hit people of Assam of the Assembly premises.

A release here said the trucks contained 50,000 bed sheets of APCO.

Mr Reddy said if needed, more clothes and relief materials would be sent from the State.

A few days ago, the state government had sent one lakh bed sheets for the flood-hit people of Bihar.
