Punjab Governor condemns Delhi blasts

Chandigarh, Sep 14 (UNI) Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, Gen (retd) S F Rodrigues has expressed shock and profound grief over the loss of lives in the serial blasts in the national capital last evening.

In an official release, Gen Rodrigues said that there was no place for violence in a democratic society and such ugly happenings aiming to disturb peace and tranquility need condemnation by all right thinking people.

He conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the members of bereaved families and wished a speedy recovery for the injured in this unfortunate incident.
