Hospital for Marathi artistes to come up in Mumbai: Dev
Kolhapur, Sep 12 (UNI) Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Natya Sammelan president and veteran actor Ramesh Dev today said the organisation will build a hospital in Mumbai for Marathi film, drama and tamasha artistes.
Addressing a news conference here, Mr Dev said the Maharashtra government has agreed to provide land for the estimated Rs 90 crore project.
He said the body will not take any contribution from the artistes, but will provide free medical treatment to them upto Rs 50,000.
