Three dead, one injured in road mishap
Bangalore, Sept 11 (UNI) Three land developers were killed on the spot and one person was injured when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a parked sand-laden lorry on the Bangalore-Mysore state highway at Channapatna, about 80 km from here, today.
Police said the bodies were trapped under the lorry and a crane was used to extricate them, which were mutilated beyond recognition.
The victims were returning to Bangalore from Mysore when the mishap occurred reportedly due to over-speeding.
The injured car driver was admitted to hospital.
