Soldier slips to death from a top in Machil sector in J

Srinagar, Sep 11 (UNI) A soldier slipped to death from a ridge line in Machil sector in the frontier district of Kupwara in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said.

They said Dharamveer Singh, on a patrol near the Line of Control (LOC) in Machil sector, was critically wounded when he slipped from ridge line.

He died before he could be rescued, they said.
