New Delhi, Sep 11 (UNI) Mahindra&Mahindra Ltd today said it has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement to transfer its Logistics Business to its wholly-owned arm Mahindra Logistics Ltd for a consideration of Rs 32 crore.

The company said it would transfer its logistics business together with its congeries of rights, it said in a statement.
