Rail dacoity in Bihar

Bagaha, Sept 9 (UNI) Armed miscreants looted passengers of 2537 UP Bapudham-Mouradihi passenger train in between Narkatiaganj- Balmikinagar railway stations under Samastipur rail division late last night.

GRP's Deputy Superintendent Manmohan Sahay today said a gang of armed dacoits looted cash, cell phones and ornaments from the passengers of the train at gun point.

The passengers were mainly from Bihar and Uttarpradesh, said Mr Sahay.

An FIR had been lodged. Raids were on to nab the miscreants.
