Newly elected RS Member Anil H Lad takes oath of office

New Delhi, Sept 9 (UNI) Rajya Sabha Chairman M Hamid Ansari today administered the oath of office to the newly-elected Member of Rajya Sabha Anil H Lad in the Parliament House.

Mr Lad, sponsored by the Indian National Congress, has been elected from the State of Karnataka in the biennial elections to the Rajya Sabha.

Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman K Rahman Khan and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi were also present on the occasion.
