Sandra Bullock's hubby sued over unpaid lawyer's fees

Washington, Sept 7 : Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James has been sued by his ex attorney over outstanding fees.

James, the owner of custom motorcycle firm West Coast Choppers, Inc. is accused of failing to pay 327,533 dollars to law firm Keats MCFarland and Wilson LLP, after hiring their services in 2001 to protect his intellectual property rights.

Lawyers represented the actress' hubby until April 2007, but James reportedly hasn't paid them for their services, reports Contactmusic.

They have now taken a legal action against James, and filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court.

According to TMZ.com, bosses at Keats MCFarland and Wilson are seeking return of the payment in addition to 10 per cent interest and costs.
