Verdict on Papiya Ghosh murder case on September 18
Patna, Sept 06 (UNI) A fast track court judge today after completing the hearing in much hyped Professor Papiya Ghosh murder case reserved his judgement till September 18.
A special public prosecutor in charge for speedy trial cases, Jay Prakash Singh concluded final arguement in the case on behalf of prosecution.
Altogether five accused, including a lawyer, is facing the trial in the case.
It is to be noted that a Professor of History Department of Patna University Papiya Ghosh and her mate Malti Devi were brutally murdered by the culprits during the dacoity in the night of December 2, 2006 under Patliputra police station area of the state capital.
