SEBI issues consent order to M/s Rajesh Jhaveri's application
Mumbai, Sep 5 (UNI) Equity market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed a consent order to an application submitted by Rajesh N Jhaveri, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, in the matter of Sawaca Communications Ltd, in accordance with SEBI Circular on April 20, 2007, for consent orders.
The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs one lakh only and has also consented to suffer a voluntary suspension of Certificate of Registration for a period of one year towards the terms of consent in the matter. The suspension of Certificate of Registration of M/s Rajesh N Jhaveri will be effective from the date of the order, a SEBI release said here.
