New Chairman for Coir Board

Kochi, Sep 5 (UNI) Consequent to the relinquishment of the three-year tenure as the Chairman of Coir Board by Mr A C Jose,Joint Secretary, Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises,Government of India, Mr Sesh Kumar Pulipaka would assume additional charge as Chairman, Coir Board, on September one.

Mr Pulipaka, a senior Officer of Indian Audit and Accounts Service, has a wide exposure in auditing Central sector schemes, revenues of the Union Government, besides being a team leader for institutional audit undertaken by the Office of Controller and Auditor General of India.

While in the Ministry of MS&ME, Mr Pulipaka had been instrumental in the formulation of new schemes in coir sectors in XI Five Year Plan, besides facilitating the development of coir sector through other schemes of Coir Board.
