Fraud cases registered against two doctors

Chhatarpur, Sep 5: A fraud case has been registered against Chhatarpur Chief Medical and Health Officer O P Gautam for appointing a fake degree holder as a doctor in the district hospital, official sources said on Friday, Sep 5.

Dr Prem Kumar Dubey, who was appointed as doctor on the basis of a fake degree, has been arrested, while Dr Gautam was absconding.

A girl child had died after being administered vaccine by Dr Dubey on January 24. Complaints had been pouring against him since then but was being shielded by Dr Gautam.

Fraud cases were registered against both following investigation.
