Mah govt grants more FSI to private hospitals

Mumbai, Sep 4 (UNI) Maharashtra government has announced granting of additional FSI to private hospitals in the state.

A decision to this effect was taken at the cabinet meeting held here today.

The increased FSI would be 20 per cent premium of the market rate, which will be equally shared by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation and the state government.
