CRPF jawan shoots himself in Kishtwar

Jammu, Sep 3 (UNI) A jawan of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) today committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources here said.

''The jawan identified as constable Dawan (belt no. 015102881) of 74 Bn shot himself to death at while performing his duty at Bhoop Nagar post in Kishtwar,'' sources told UNI.

Meanwhile police have registered the case while inquest proceedings have been initiated.
