CBI court defers Sarita suicide case to Sept 16

Ambala, Sep 3 (UNI) Special CBI court today deferred the hearing of Sarita suicide case to September 16 as the DNA reports of both the accused, dismissed Head Constable Balraj and Constable Sheelak Ram had not been received.

The CBI public prosecutor during the hearing of the case by magistrate Dr Abdul Majid demanded to defer the case since the DNA reports of both the accused had not been received therefore further proceedings of the case could not be carried forward.

Both the accused were present in the court.

Meanwhile the next hearing in the kidney scam case has been fixed for September 12. This case is also being heard by the court of Dr Majid.
