Air Turbine Fuel down, but fares still high

New Delhi, September 2, 2008 : It"s a bad news for people hoping to get back on planes again and start their air travels. The oil marketing companies on Sunday announced a substantial 16 percent reduction in price of aviation turbine fuel or ATF for September…..

but the airlines have refused to pass on this benefit to consumers by lowering fares. The air fares this year have already gone up six times and are hurting frequent fliers.
