Student killed by speeding DPS bus
New Delhi, Sep 2 (UNI) A class XII student died after a speeding Delhi Public School (DPS) bus crushed him in the Gokulpuri area of East Delhi this morning.
Mohammad Kaish, a student of Ludlow Castle school in Kashmere Gate, was badly injured when the DPS-Indirapuram bus hit him while he was crossing the road in Yamuna Vihar, according to the police.
He was taken to a local hospital after sustaining head injuries but was later referred to the AIIMs Trauma Centre where he succumbed to his injuries.
Sunil, the driver of the bus, has been arrested.
