Dimapur: 510 gall bladder stones removed
Kohima, Aug 31: Perhaps for the first time in clinical history the doctors have removed 510 gall bladder stones from a patient in Dimapur civil hospital on Thursday, Aug 28.
Official sources here today said that Doctor Khesito and Reho had operated one Nammagibo Zeliang on August 28 and removed 510 stones from him.
The doctors also claims that they have set the world record.
The patient is reported to be recuperating in the hospital, following the successful operation, sources added.
