Trinamool Congress fights against Tata motors

Singur, August 29, 2008 : Trinamool Congress continues their protest against Tata Motors in West Bengal. The protesters in Singur have also warned Tata employees against coming to work on Friday.

Trinamool chief, Mamata Banerjee who has spearheaded the protests from the very beginning said there would be no let down in the protests, no matter how much pressure the provincial government puts on them. The trouble began after the government took over 1,000 acres of farmland for the factory.
