Two killed, many injured in group clash
Malappuram, Aug 29 (UNI) Two people were stabbed to death and many injured in a clash between two groups at a mosque in this district today.
Police said Pulikkal Abdu (45) and his brother Aboobacker (42) were killed allegedly by the rival group following a dispute over the election of the 'Mahal' president of the Kottakkal Kuttippuram Aalinchuvad Juma Masjid today.
The injured were taken to a nearby hospital and Kozhikode Medical College, police added.
