Family court for women to be launched in Rajkot

Rajkot, Aug 29 (UNI) A Family Court, that will speedily settle cases pertaining to women, will be launched at the Fast Track Court building here on August 31.

The Court will be inaugurated by the Acting Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court M S Shah.

State Finance Minister Vajubhai Vala, High Court Justice C K Buch, Home, Law and Justice Minister Amit Shah would be present on the occasion, an official release said.

This would be the second Family Court for women in Rajkot after Ahmedabad.
