Tech Mahindra to buy minority stake in Europe

{image-Tech Mahindra_28082008.jpg news.oneindia.in}New Delhi, Aug 28: Software services firm Tech Mahindra on Thursday, Aug 28 said it will acquire a minority equity stake in European systems integrator-- Servista and will act as the London-based firm's exclusive delivery arm for three years.

Without divulging the financial details of the deal, the company said it will also assist Servista in securing more large scale technology offshoring business in Europe. Servista's presence in the European market will be beneficial for the company, it said in a statement, adding that it will also nominate a member on the European firm's board. Servista's expertise include services in customer relationship management and billing, the statement said.
