Galileo launches first carbon tracker in India
Mumbai, Aug 28 (UNI) Galileo, global distribution system (GDS) company, today launched a new product, Travelport Carbon Tracker, in India.
Annoucing the launch, Galileo, in a release, said the product, to be available at all travel agencies, will use cutting edge technology, to monitor the amount of carbon emissions being made due to travel.
It will capture, record and analyse travel behaviour to give a clear understanding of the traveller's impact on the environment.
The information provided by the Tracker can enable individuals and companies to set targets to reduce their carbon footprints, the release added.
