Centre of excellence set up at Karunya University
Coimbatore, Aug 28 (UNI) Karunya-Siemens Centre of Excellence for Automation and Drives was inaugurated at the Karunya University campus recently.
A university press release said here today that the Centre of Excellence has been set up to provide courses on Siemens programmable logic controllers and Siemens industrial drives.
Established at a cost of Rs 50 lakh, the training centre, the first in southern region would cater to the Siemens customers of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka and students.
