Haryana Govt to boost flying training activities

Chandigarh, Aug 27 (UNI) The Haryana Civil Aviation department has decided to leverage the state government airfields for harnessing the aviation infrastructure potential through public private partnership. Stating this here today, an official spokesman said the department had offered concessions to Flying Training Institutes to impart instructions in aviation training activities such as Commercial Pilot Licence and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering recognised by the Director General of Civil Aviation, India at these airfields located at Pinjore, Karnal, Bhiwani and Narnaul.

He said the department had decided to set up new Flying Training Institutes at Pinjore, Karnal, Bhiwani and Narnaul and had invited Expression of Interest for setting up and operating the New Flying Training Institutes.

He said the Expression of Interest had been invited from interested private firms, institutes, corporate entities, body corporate and any other person which were already engaged in flying training related activities, or were desirous of entering into aviation training related activities by submitting requisite information alongwith detailed project plan.
