SC stays proceedings against Bajaj in sex clip case
New Delhi, Aug 25 (UNI) The Supreme Court today stayed the criminal proceedings against Bazee.com Managing Director Avinash Bajaj in the DPS girl student obscene MMS case.
A Bench headed by Justice Altmas Kabir also issued a notice to Delhi Police on a petition filed by Bajaj challenging the May 29 Delhi High Court order refusing to drop charges under the Information Technology Act for posting the MMS on his website.
The case relates to the pornographic video clip of a DPS R K Puram student.
The proceedings against Bajaj are pending in the Patiala House Court.
