Pondy CM should take responsibility for attack: Minister

Puducherry, Aug 25 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Planning and Parliamentary Affairs V Narayanasamy today said Chief Minister N Rangasamy, also holding Police portfolio should shoulder the responsibility for the attack on his car.

Talking to newspersons here, Mr Narayanasamy alleged that the rulers are encouraging violence.

The Minister said in the absence of ''Goondas Act'', such incidents were happening here.

He recalled his earlier demand several times for the implementation of the Act.
