Lohan's gal pal Ronson served with legal papers during her DJ act

Washington, Aug 23 : Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan's close pal DJ Samantha Ronson was reportedly served with legal papers- while she was in the middle of a DJ set.

According to sources, the court has issued the legal papers comprising of a summon, demanding Ronson to provide details of her finances, as she failed to settle a payment order from an unsuccessful lawsuit against Perez Hilton.

Ronson, who was playing at the Whiskey nightclub in LA, was appalled by the whole situation, when a legal representative presented her with the legal documents.

"It was quite a scene, Samantha was freaking out," Contactmusic quoted a source present at the nightclub, as saying.

The case is due to be heard in a LA Superior Court in October.
