Unidentified people fire at jeweller's residence in Mumbai

Mumbai, Aug 19 (UNI) Two unidentified assailants fired at the residence of a jeweller at Saibaba Nagar in Borivali in North Mumbai today.

Police said this morning, two unidentified people, allegedly belonging to Hemant Poojari gang, came near Shree Nivas, the residence of a jewellery shop owner, on a motorbike and allegedly fired two rounds in the air before fleeing.

However, no injury has been reported so far, sources added.

Police have registered a complaint and investigations are on.
