Searches on for suspects in JK

Jammu, Aug 19: Security forces on Tuesday, Aug 19 launched a search operation in tehsil Bishnah, some 30 km from Jammu, after they received an information about the presence of some of the 'suspects' in the area, sources said.

''The locals informed the police about some 'suspected' movement on Monday, Aug 18 night near village Sultanpur in tehsil Bishnah,'' sources told.

On receiving the information, a local police party and army cordoned off the area and launched a joint search operation to apprehend the 'suspects', sources added asserting, ''the locals had noticed around three 'suspects' in the village.'' However, searches were in progress but no arrests have been made so far, the sources maintained.
