ACP Rajbir murder case hearing fixed for Sept 9

Ambala, Aug 19 (UNI) Special CBI Judge will hear the case on framing charges against the ACP Rajbir murder case accused Vijay Bhardwaj on September nine.

The court fixed it as the next date for hearing arguments when the case was taken up here today.

The case was handed over to the CBI court by the special CBI Magistrate, after the Haryana Police failed to make a breakthrough.

ACP Rajbir was allegedly shot dead by the accused in his office at Gurgaon after heated arguments between the two on money matters.
