UP govt employees hail revised pay scale decision
Lucknow, Aug 18 (UNI) Various state government employee organisations across Uttar Pradesh have ecstatically applaused Chief Minister Mayawati's decision to implement the revised pay scale in the state.
UP State Employees Confederation president Ajay Singh and secretary general Bajrangbali Yadav have praised the state government's move and demanded termination of differences in the allowances.
UP Teachers' Confederation has also termed the state government's move as ''favourable'' and ''beneficial'' to the employees.
Ministerial Association Irrigation Department was among others to welcome the revised pay scale decision in UP.
Chief Minister Mayawati had announced to revise the pay scales of the state government employees as per the recommendations of sixth pay commission from December one, 2008.
Besides, she apprised that the state employees would get the benefits of the revised pay scales from January one, 2006.
