Ronnie Wood's wife rubbishes Russian lover's conquest claims

London, Aug 18 : 'Rolling Stone' member Ronnie Wood's wife Jo has rubbished claims made by the aged rocker's Russian lover Ekaterina Ivanova that she has "won" his love.

Ivanova, 20, recently boasted that she and Wood would set up home once he got out of rehab, and that the rocker planned to leave his wife Jo for good.

But according to pals of Jo, 53, the 61-year-old English guitarist has not made any such pledge, and the two, who have been married for 23-years, have been chatting regularly, with Jo visiting him in rehab with the four kids.

The two were spotted taking a walk together, and they were also seen kissing and cuddling in fields near the Life Works Community Centre in Old Woking, Surrey.

"Ekaterina is living in a fantasy world. To say she has won Ronnie is ridiculous, particularly as there isn't a competition," British tabloid The Sun quoted one of Jo's friends as saying. "Ronnie is still trying to save his marriage and Jo is desperate to see him nursed back to health.

"For her this isn't some school ground contest with another woman. Ekaterina will never have what Jo and Ronnie have together.

"It's about making sure the man she loves gets well again. That is her priority. This silly child is trying to play grown-ups," the pal added.

Wood has been in touch with Ivanova since he checked himself into the clinic, and he has also had visits from her.

He has also admitted to loving both of them, but that his first priority is to get clean.
