Prisoner dies at hospital

Tiruchirapalli, Aug 18 (UNI) A 34-year-old undertrial prisoner died at the Dr K A P Viswanatham Government Medical College Hospital here yesterday due to illness.

Police said Sivakumar of Tiruvaiyaru in Thanjavur District was lodged in the prison in connection with a robbery case. He was admitted to the hospital yesterday for an ailment.
