Dead body of Indian national handed over

Attari-Wagah, Aug 18 (UNI) The dead body of an Indian national was today handed over to the Indian authorities by Pakistan at the joint road checkpost here today.

According to official sources, the body of Sharif Ahmed was handed over to the Border Security Force (BSF) by their counterpart, the Pakistani Rangers. The relatives of the deceased were also present.

The deceased, a resident of Deoband in Shahranpur district of UP had gone to visit his relatives on August 16, and there he died of a heart attack.
