Apollo Tyres declares lock out of Kochi plant

New Delhi, Aug 18: Apollo Tyres Ltd, the country's largest tyre maker, on Monday, Aug 18 said the management has declared a lock-out at its plant in Kochi with effect from August 16 on account of labour problems.

The firm recently invested about Rs 15 crore for increasing production from 280 MT to 318 MT.
