Amy Winehouse inspired by 'Wizard of Oz' for upcoming album

London, Aug 18 : Troubled popstar Amy Winehouse has become a hardcore fan of the 'Wizard Of Oz' movie, and has finds it inspiring enough for her upcoming album.

The 'Back to Black' popstar is almost ready with her upcoming album, which includes samples from the 1939 Judy Garland film musical - featuring the Wicked Witch of the West.

"One of her new songs heavily samples the theme tune, and the soundtrack and score will be a theme running throughout the record," British tabloid The Sun quoted one of her friends as saying.

"It's really interesting, if a little bizarre, but I suppose that's what you would expect from her at the moment," the friend added.

On the other hand, crowd booed Winehouse, who was recently performing at the V Festival in Hylands Park Essex.

"She was an absolute disaster," an onlooker said.
