Manikarao Thakre nominated as president of Maharashtra Congress

New Delhi, Aug 17 (UNI) Congress president Sonia Gandhi today nominated Manikrao Thakre as president of the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) and Jayant Awale as Working president.

Gurudas Kamat has been named as Chairman of State Campaign Committee and Kripa Shankar Singh as president of Mumbai RCC, party general secretary Janardan Dwivedi said in a press statement here.
